at this time there are only two ways of making an enquiry via
the internet.
Either, by selecting the Anchor icon which selects the "Mail to" feature
or by using the
"Fax-back" page.
If
you decide to use the "Mail to" feature please indicate
a return address where we can
send your requested information, either via internet e-mail or by another method
and
indicate clearly what further information you would like to receive. If using
the "Fax-back"
method, please print out the "Fax-back" page and fill in all the
requested information
including how we can reply to you with the requested information.
